Golden Cornbread
Bob's Red Mill: Our classic cornbread recipe. Corn flour provides a lighter, more cake-like texture.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Oil and 8x8-inch baking pan and set aside.
Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl. Add egg, milk and butter and mix until smooth. Do not overmix.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Notes
I used all-purpose white flour and real buttermilk. With buttermilk, cut baking powder in half and add 1½ tsps. baking soda.
