Grammy Haglind’s Peanut Butter Cookies
An unusual drop cookie recipe with a very small amount of peanut butter. Nothing like a traditional peanut butter cookie, but remarkably good.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1½ teaspoons soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Cream peanut butter, sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk and vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased sheet.
- Bake 350° 18 minutes
